Shipping

Our mattress is curbside delivery. It is vacuum packed; by rolling and compressing the mattress, your mattress is delivered in the most cleanly and hygienic way. We do offer white glove delivery on some mattresses.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Purchase Cancellation

48 hours after purchase.  25% restocking fee will be applied after your 48 hours cancellation window.

Pricing Errors

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors for any reasons.

90 days Mattress Comfort Exchange Guarantee

We hope that you are 100% satisfied with your bed.   It is really important that you give your body a chance to adjust and align to the new comfort which is typically 30 days. However, sometimes you end up with the wrong bed; this problem can be solved with our generous exchange policy. After the 30th day following delivery, please contact us and we will give you comfort exchange instructions. If you wish, you may sleep on it for a total of 90 days to determine your satisfaction. 

  •  Exchange after 30th day and up to 90 days. 
  • Restocking fee 15% of purchase price which will be deducted from your credit. 
  • Mattress set is free of stain and odor. We strongly suggest that you use a mattress protector on all new mattresses. It protects stains and protection from dust mites.
  • Your mattress was offered free outbound shipping.  If you initiate a return, you will be responsible for roundtrip shipping fees and packaging for this return. Your outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your credit.
  • You will receive store credit which will be applied to your new mattress purchase. New purchase must be done within 30 days after your return. There is no cash value and any amounts remaining from exchange are not refunded.
  • We donate all returned mattresses.


When can I get my purchase?

Mattresses are made to order, you will receive your order 7-14 days, all other items, within 7 days. Please contact us for any shipping inquiries.
 
Shipping Refusal

Customers who refuse to accept delivery of an order will be held responsible for all associated shipping, handling and credit card processing fees.

Returns Policy for All Other products

It is Ok to change your mind. You can return unused, unopened  package within 30 days from delivery date. Refunds will be issued the same method of payment as the original purchase. However, shipping and handling fees for delivery and pick up will be deducted. All frame accessories and adjustable bases are nonrefundableReturns require return authorizations and can’t be processed with one.  Please contact us by email or call us 1-877-373-2604.  

Sorry, we CAN NOT  accept returns on USED items. It is considered used if original packaging is opened.

We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc...).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
